YUCOMAT 2018
Twentieth Annual Conference

The conference will feature five symposia, which will comprise invited plenary lectures (30 min) by the leaders in the field, oral (15 min) and poster presentations. Registration and abstract submission is an on-line process. Abstract and registration form should be submitted by May 1, 2018. There is no need to send registration form and/or abstract to the Conference Manager if you have already submitted them on-line.

The abstract in English, body text no longer than 150 words, should be only plain text, no figures, no formulae, no references, no keywords. Please do not forget to add acknowledgement and the end of body text, if your project grant requires it.

The Scientific Committee will evaluate the submitted abstracts and, on the basis of their contents, assign the papers, taking into account author’s wishes as much as possible, to the oral or poster presentation in relevant Symposium. Abstracts will be included in a Book of Abstracts and distributed to each participant at the conference registration. Conference programme and further information about the Conference will be sent to registered participants, who paid the registration fee, by July 1, 2018.

Paper presentation

English is the official language for presentation and discussion of papers. All speakers should arrive at the session venue and introduce himself/herself to the session chairmen at least 10 minutes before each session. Please prepare presentation in Microsoft Windows PowerPoint on CD or USB flash-memory and submit it at Registration, specifying the name of the speaker and the day and session number.

Posters should be max. 0.85 m wide and 1.25 m long, preferably in one piece and brought to the poster session venue at least an hour before the start of the session. They will be hung on the allocated panels by double-sided scotch-tapes or push-pins. Please ask one of the standing-by helpers from the Organizing team if you need assistance of any kind.

On-line submission

Registration form is filled in for a contact author. Fill out one registration form per abstract. Please note there is a rule that one conference fee is for one abstract only.
Only on-line submissions will be acknowledged.

Deadline for Abstract Submission: May 1, 2018.

Abstracts for poster presentations can be submitted on-line until August 24 and will be included in the Final conference programme, but not in the printed Book of Abstracts.
