The conference will feature five symposia, which will comprise invited plenary lectures (30 min) by the leaders in the field, oral (15 min) and poster presentations. Registration and abstract submission is an on-line process. Abstract and registration form should be submitted by August 1, 2020. There is no need to send registration form and/or abstract to the Conference Manager if you have already submitted them on-line.
Participants are invited to submit an abstract, with title, names of authors and affiliation included, of no more than one page. Authors should use the following file types: MS WORD 365 and older (*.doc(x)), or Rich Text Format (*.rtf). The paper size of the abstract should be 21 x 29.7 cm (A4) with a margin of 2.5 cm on the left and 6 cm at the right and 2.5 cm on the top and 8.0 cm at the bottom. The abstract should be formatted using Calibri font throughout and single-spaced lines.

The Scientific Committee will evaluate the submitted abstracts and, on the basis of their contents, assign the papers, taking into account author’s wishes as much as possible, to the oral or poster presentation in relevant Symposium. Abstracts will be included in a Book of Abstracts and distributed to each participant at the conference registration. Conference programme and further information about the Conference will be sent to registered participants, who paid the registration fee, by August 1, 2020.
Paper presentation
English is the official language for presentation and discussion of papers. All speakers should arrive at the session venue and introduce himself/herself to the session chairmen at least 10 minutes before each session. Please prepare presentation in Microsoft Windows PowerPoint on CD or USB flash-memory and submit it at Registration, specifying the name of the speaker and the day and session number.
Posters should be max. 0.85 m wide and 1.25 m long, preferably in one piece and brought to the poster session venue at least an hour before the start of the session. They will be hung on the allocated panels by double-sided scotch-tapes or push-pins. Please ask one of the standing-by helpers from the Organizing team if you need assistance of any kind.

Registration form is filled in for a contact author.
Fill out one registration form per abstract. Please note there is a rule that one conference fee is for one abstract only. Only on-line submissions will be acknowledged.
Deadline for Abstract Submission: August 1, 2020.
Abstracts for poster presentations can be submitted on-line until August 29 and will be included in the Final conference programme, but not in the printed Book of Abstracts.
