Please note there is a rule that one conference fee is for one abstract only.

If you need a pro-forma invoice before the fee payment, please contact the Conference Manager after the online registration and abstract submission. Otherwise, please use these Bank transfer details.

Please be sure that you send the Registration Form with your abstract with specified symposium and the way of presentation (oral/poster).

Student fee is available to students of graduate, master and PhD studies, younger than 25, 30 and 35, respectively. Student status has to be officially confirmed by the relevant Faculty.

Please, note that Advance-fee-paying participants will automatically have their abstract included in the Book of Abstracts. Also, due to limited availability, all oral presentations have to be paid in advance (before June 30) or they will be transferred to posters. Late rate fee is valid until July 31, which is a deadline for the poster presentations as a guarantee that they will be included in the Book of Abstracts, published in August. After that day, abstracts for poster presentations can still be submitted and fees for them paid through Bank transfer before the conference or on site in cash. Those abstracts will be included in the on-site conference program, but not in the Book of Abstracts.

Official letter of invitation can be issued upon request by the participant (who already paid their conference fee)  to obtain a visa. Please contact Conference Manager.
