THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
- Admission to all Plenary, oral and poster sessions and exhibition
- Programme and the Book of Abstracts
- Conference material: folder/bag, ball-pen, and various leaflets
- Conference ID badge
- Refreshments during breaks
- Welcome cocktail party on Monday evening.
Please note there is a rule that one conference fee is for one abstract only.
If you need a pro-forma invoice before the fee payment, please contact the Conference Manager after the online registration and abstract submission. Otherwise, please use these Bank transfer details.
Please be sure to fill out the Registration Form and that you submitted your abstract with the indicated symposium and presentation mode (oral / poster)..
Student fee is available to students of PhD studies, younger than 35. Student status has to be officially confirmed by the relevant Faculty.
Please, note that Advance-fee-paying participants and regular-fee-paying will automatically have their abstract included in the Book of Abstracts.
After that July 25, abstracts for poster presentations can still be submitted and fees for them paid through Bank transfer before the conference or on site in cash. Those abstracts will be included in the on-site conference program, but not in the Book of Abstracts.
Official letter of invitation can be issued upon request by the participant (who already paid their conference fee) to obtain a visa. Please contact Conference Manager.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Registration fees will be entitled to a 50 % refund of the amount paid, net of bank charges. Deadline to claim a refund is a July 31, 2025. Cancellations received after the mention deadline will not be eligible for any refund. Only a substitute may be allowed to participate.
