Standard exhibitor fee: 500 €, which includes:
- 1 complimentary registration including coffee breaks, and
- Poster presentation during one of the Poster Sessions.
Please note:
- Your company information to be included in the Conference materials should be shipped (entirely on your expense) to arrive at the Conference venue before August 20th;
- If you wish the abstract of your oral/poster presentation to be included in the Programme & Book of Abstracts you should send it to the Conference Manager by email before July 15th;
- The Organizer and the Conference Venue are not responsible for the security of the exhibited equipment or material;
- You organize your own transport (including equipment and materials to be exhibited) and make hotel reservations.
